Kluge Insurance Group offers group plans for all types of employers:

• Self-employed
• Small employers (2 to 50 employees)
• Large employers (50+ employees)

We are licensed with all the major carriers in Pennsylvania and continue to look for providers that offer competitive priced plans with excellent benefits.

We offer the following plans:

1. Group health ( PPO, POS, HMO & H.S.A’s)
   • HSA’s are high deductible health plans that have tax advantage savings for the employer and/or employee
2. Dental
   • Plans include preventive care and major dental procedures
3. Vision
   • Plans offer vision exams and coverage for glasses and contact lenses
4. Group Life
   • Can be for a flat amount for each employee or based on class or salary
5. Group Disability (Short and Long term)
   • A plan that pays you if you have an illness or injury and cannot work
6. Voluntary Benefits
   • All of the above plans can be offered by an Employer but completely paid for by the employee
7. Section 125
   • A tax advantage account for employees to use for medical expenses for themselves and their family members
